We rent out a secure safe room in the basement of the renowned Villa St. Alban, very close to Aeschenplatz. Ideal for storing valuables.

The vault in the renowned Villa St. Alban, formerly used by a bank, offers the highest security standards and functionality.

Our 258 lockers are available in six different sizes:

• Small compartments: 5.7cm high, 29cm wide, 46cm deep (135 compartments)
• Compact compartments: 9.7cm high, 29cm wide, 46cm deep (60 compartments)
• Middle compartments: 14.7cm high, 29cm wide, 46cm deep (30 compartments)
• Medium-sized compartments: 19.7cm high, 29cm wide, 46cm deep (15 compartments)
• Large compartments: 30.7cm high, 29cm wide, 46cm deep (15 compartments)
• Extra large compartments: 60 cm high, 59 cm wide, 46 cm deep (3 compartments)
  
  

The safe door and frame are made of steel and are equipped with special reinforcement ribs and anchoring brackets that ensure stable attachment to the safe wall. The multi-layer armoring provides reliable protection against modern burglary tools.

The security system has high-security electronic locks with keypad or rotary knob input. The two-lock technology ensures maximum security and enables programmable locking and unlocking times. The safe door meets the security requirements of a bank.

In addition, there are two additional rooms (5 m2 / 4 m2), a corridor (14 m2) and a private underground car park with over 20 underground parking spaces (CHF 250.- plus VAT per parking space).
